The Role:

We are looking for an Associate Director to act as a senior point of contact for clients, oversee and actively contribute to project development and execution, and play a key role in growing our business while expanding the range of services in our Reporting & Disclosure Service Line. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ESG/sustainability, along with a proven ability to manage project teams, create high-quality content, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support business development efforts with existing and potential clients.

· Lead and contribute to multiple project teams focused on developing ESG reporting and disclosure products and services, ensuring a diverse range of offerings for clients.

· Stay informed on trends and developments in ESG reporting, communications, and disclosure.

· Provide strategic advice, creative ideas, and practical solutions to enhance clients’ ESG reporting and disclosure initiatives.

· Managing project timelines and budgets.

· Collaborating with colleagues, providing innovative insights to support the development of our ESG reporting expertise and drive impact.

· Remain ahead of the curve on trends and developments related to ESG reporting and disclosure.

What You Bring:

· 8+ Years experience as a leader within corporate sustainability / ESG.

· Project management experience and attention to detail.

· Strong communication skills.

· Highly motivated individual with the ability to work collaboratively.

· Knowledge and understanding sustainability / ESG issues and related standards, drivers and frameworks.
