What a successful Principal Consultant will need:

• Excellent Leadership and Management skills.
• Strong understanding of the ESG market and Green Building Certifications within a Real Estate context.
• Problem solving and strategic thinking to navigate ESG challenges and drive innovation.
• Good communicator across verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in German and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in subjects such environmental science, engineering, climate change, sustainability, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Consulting role.
