Successful Business Development professionals will have:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the energy, cleantech, or sustainability sector.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to customer goals and constraints.
- Proven ability to manage full sales cycles from lead generation to close.
- Familiarity with solar energy systems, financing models, or related regulatory landscapes.
- Business fluency in both German (Native) and English (Fluent) is required.
